Hardware Finishes Quality Control
Raw Materials chose is very important, we just buy the steel from very big company, the quality is stable and the quantity is guaranteed. even same standard steel, different company, different quality, like the thickness or the rigidity. And we have experienced workers. welding worker stay in same position for more than 8 years. polishing staff work the same work for more than 10 years. and except this, we choose the scale chrome workshop. they have enogh place to keep the products separately rather than stack up with many products. after chromed, our staff will go to chrome workshop to inspect and packed with PEP and load it with our truck to factory and check again before packing.
Assemby Structure Control
100% Inspection, install the frame and put the top inside, check piece by piece.
Our second floor is a place only for trial assembly

The most important is we have the sewing of fabric together with foam.
So shape will good look and seat is very comfortable.
